SHOWTIME PRODUCTIONS is not a franchise, it is a one DJ company. Your DJ is and will always be me, CRAIG GRIMMETT. Whether we need one, two or ten face to face meetings, you can count on SHOWTIME to be your wedding specialist.
Included on this website, are a series of questions that should cover any and all of your reception needs. Not only can I provide music for your reception, I can also provide music for your wedding ceremony, provided that both are at the same facility. Feel free to look over these questions and let me know if there is anything that you feel that has been left out because like I stated earlier, every reception needs to be handled differently and all needs are not always the same. If after all of your searching for a DJ leads you back to SHOWTIME, simply fill out the Weddings Packages PDF file and return it to me as soon as possible. Your search is then over and you are booked! If you are not quite sure and want to hold a date, let me know what date and time you need. I will pencil your name in that time slot, no obligations! You will not be called and questioned on your decision unless I receive another inquiry for the same time slot. Just a reminder, you are not booked until I have the signed Weddings Packages PDF file in my hands and after I receive the signed contract, you’ll get a call to let you know that you are booked. You’ll need to get in touch with me about six weeks prior to your wedding so that a date can be set to get together and fine tune your needs.
As times have changed over the years that I have been in this business, so has the structure of this contract and of the questionnaire that you have received. It is my business to pick up details and integrate them into what I can provide for you. I am constantly looking for new ways and new ideas to ensure that the clients that have booked the services are getting exactly what they have paid for and will continue to do so. Here is one feature that makes SHOWTIME different from most other services and is a feature that will never change. I have never and will never require a deposit to book.
Your signed contract is your deposit so why spend money now that can go towards other related wedding costs. Your payment is due on the day of your wedding, not the day that you sign and send in your contract. If you feel that you need to pay a deposit in advance, then do so but again, it’s not required. If you book SHOWTIME and find the need to cancel at a later date, that’s perfectly fine as long as it’s done well in advance of your wedding date. Cancellations that are arranged less than one month prior to your event are subject to half of your payment total. The reasoning behind this is to cover myself in the event that business was turned down because of your booked event.
Speaking of booking, by now you’re wondering, “just how much is this going to cost me?” Included on this site is the detailed price list that covers just exactly what you’re getting when you book with SHOWTIME. Shop around, check other services but in the end, when you compare all that you get for your money, I feel very positive that SHOWTIME will be well worth your time when it comes to choosing a DJ service!
