At SHOWTIME we strive to make your “occasion” a memorable one. After all, this is your time and money, so let’s both work to make your “special occasion” unforgettable.
Your DJ needs to cater to all of your needs. As the consumer, you should be consulted in every aspect, every detail and every decision made. That’s where SHOWTIME PRODUCTIONS stands alone. Included in this site are a series of questions that covers all your needs concerning your “special occasion.” Please fill out the questionnaire PDF file and return it to us as soon as possible, as we book far in advance. Once we receive your signed contract, we can then go over any details that are left to be covered.
When booking your event, we asked for half of the total and the balance is expected on the day of your party. Speaking of money, I’ll bet your thinking, “Just how much is this going to cost me?” There is a detailed price list that should cover any and all questions you might have on pricing. We offer three basic packages that will adhere to your party needs. Remember that these prices are for playing time only, you do not pay for setup/breakdown time. Please fill out the price list and questionnaire PDF files and make yourself a copy for your peace of mind. Be sure to send them in as soon as possible.
If for any reason you need to cancel your event, please do so quickly. You’ll get your deposit back as long as you cancel prior to a week before your party. Any cancellation made less than a week before your event is subject to the loss of your deposit. This policy is necessary to cover any lost engagements or travel arrangements that were previously made. Again, thanks for your interest and remember when it’s party time, think of SHOWTIME!
